The Diamond Distillery is now the centre of production in Guyana for all the different styles of rums produced upon the amazing selection of stills that are now located there.
This example is from the main continuous still operation. After 12 years maturation in various woods it has produced a soft medium weight rum with an easy style and enough weight to show its character without being aggressive.
Soft fruit on nose. Well integrated wood, leads to a good balanced palate, with some length and soft finish.
