The Barbados 2011 edition is a classic example of the Barbados style of rum making from the legendary Foursquare Rum Distillery. Expert blending of molasses-based  pot and column still expressions followed by cask aging in ex-bourbon creates the complex flavors of this rum.  Tropically aged for 5 years, and aged in the UK for a further 6 years, it was bottled in New York State at cask strength or 58.6% ABV.

Foursquare Distillery 
On the nose, caramelized brown sugar and vanilla are followed by tangerine, black pepper and toffee on the palate.  The oak on the finish is accompanied by lively Christmas spices.
