SHEEPDOG Industries began with a belief that the people who spend their careers looking after others deserve a community that looks after them too.

Founded by an ex-serviceman and current frontline first responder with more than two decades of operational experience, SHEEPDOG was created to bring together those connected by service - current and former Defence personnel, paramedics, police officers, firefighters, veterans and the people who support them.

Service can come at a cost. Behind every uniform is a person, a family and a story, and the physical and mental demands of Defence and emergency service careers can continue well beyond the frontline. SHEEPDOG Industries aims to keep those challenges visible, encourage connection and awareness, and reinforce a simple message: no one should have to carry that weight alone.
